A 6-week Entrepreneurship Training Program
Start and Grow is a 6-week, structured entrepreneur training cohort designed to help founders and small-business owners start, grow, and strengthen their businesses.
The program combines in-person instruction, virtual learning, and one-on-one support.
Program dates:
December 1, 2025 - January 28, 2026
A hybrid model of of learning combining in-person and virtual sessions for optimized learning. Classes held:
Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00pm-8:00pm

In-person session will be held during Week 1 and Week 6 at ACER Office (6096 Shingle Creek Parkway, Brooklyn Center, MN 55430)

The lead facilitator of the sessions is Isabel Chanslor.
Isabel Chanslor is the Lead Consultant at IC Consultants, specializing in organizational advancement and growth strategies for nonprofits and small businesses. She partners with mission-driven teams to strengthen operations, enhance impact, and create sustainable pathways for long-term success.
